Freaky Weird Animals – Spiders
Spiders are one of those freaky weird animals that make most peoples skin crawl. Well if these strange animals bothered you before wait till you see the ones that I have listed here!
Mother Spider
One small spider is enough to give most people the creeps. So you can imagine what it would be like to find one large wolf spider in your house that was carrying around all her little spiders on her back. This is every ones worst nightmare. You kill the large spider with a flyswatter or your shoe and the next thing you know you have a hundred little spiders scurrying all over your floor!
Giant Bird Eating Spider
After seeing these golden orb spider pictures that were taken in a small town named Atherton located in Queensland, Australia. I could not even image playing out in the yard as a child and running around the corner of the house and catching one of these golden orb spiders and it’s large web right in the face. Honestly I think I would loose it. I got goose bumps just thinking of that. So if you do not like giant bird eating spiders I would stay away from Australia and these strange creatures!
Snake Eating Spider
I don’t know what the story is behind these pictures, but this is pretty wild looking. I have never heard of a spider catching and eating a snake before. This seems to be a black widow spider, but I could be wrong. I guess it is possible for a black widow spider to kill a small snake like this with it’s poison, and then pull it up into it’s web. So I guess this is possible. It is still a pretty scary looking set of pictures considering it looks like it is inside of a building possibly a house. who the hell has both black widows and small snakes loose in their house? This one definitely has to make it on my list of weird animals!
Worlds Largest Spider Web
Could you even imagine running into the largest spider web in the world? How about being surrounded by millions of tiny little spiders that are crawling everywhere and floating on the wind? Well one year on a farm owned by Russel Jervis millions upon millions of tiny little black spiders called Halorates ksenius showed up in his 60 acre clover field. These little weird animals just started spinning their webs and before Russel even knew what was going his whole clover field was one big giant spider web. This all happened near Prince George, British Columbia. I think I will mark that off my places to visit list!
This strange occurrence also happened at Lake Tawakoni State Park in Texas in August of 2007. Park rangers were surprised when they came across a football field wide web that stretched through the trees for more than 200 yards. It was also created from millions of spiders working together to weave this web. Unlike the above web which was created by one type of spider, this web was the culmination of 12 different species all working together.

the snake eating spider is actually a black widow you can tell by the red hour glass on its back
